As a global provider of traditional and next-generation telephony solutions, CTL enables small to enterprise sized businesses to communicate and manage information more efficiently. CTL offers analog and SIP voice mail / Unified Communication, appointment notification, and mass notification solutions. We also specialize in custom IVR and OEM development.

With more than 80,000 systems in service we have designed a wide array of applications for the telecom market, such as: Voice Messaging Systems, Interactive Voice Response Systems, Fax Delivery Systems, Wireless Solutions, Custom CTI Application Software, and Appointment Notification Systems. CTL continues its leadership by offering to the marketplace simple, affordable, and practical solutions.
CTL’s solutions interoperate with traditional telephone networks (PSTN), voice over IP networks (VoIP), local area networks (LANs), wireless networks, and the Internet. Unlike other proprietary systems that work with specific telephone systems, our products integrate with virtually all telephone systems and are based on open industry standards.

We market and distribute our products through OEMs, VARs, System Integrators, and Distributors. CTL solutions are deployed in a variety of vertical markets including healthcare, hospitality, education, government, manufacturing, and retail.
